WHY RECRUITER NATE / TRUST & FOLLOW-THROUGH

A career decision
deserves an honest conversation.

You should know who you're talking to, what they represent, and whether their experience stands up to a closer look.

WORD.

WHY I RECRUIT

Your livelihood is personal.

A mortgage career is built on relationships. A move affects your clients, referral partners, team, income, and family. I take that seriously because I've carried production responsibilities and helped build a branch myself.

I recruit because I enjoy helping good people work through what comes next. My responsibility is to listen, ask useful questions, and be candid about whether an opportunity at Success Mortgage Partners fits your goals.

Most of the people I recruited are still with the companies they joined through me. I take pride in those lasting decisions. The relationships behind the volume matter to me, and they shape how I approach every conversation.

I believe my word should mean the same thing before and after a decision. My standard is straightforward: be honest, respect people, and do the right thing even when a quick win is available.

WHAT TRUST LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

Hold me to these standards.

01

Know who I represent.

I serve on the leadership team at Success Mortgage Partners. I'll be clear about that affiliation and the opportunity we're discussing.

02

Get the full conversation.

We'll discuss economics, operations, leadership access, onboarding, and the questions that matter to your business. If I don't know an answer, I'll say so and work to find it.

03

Make a decision at your pace.

A conversation doesn't create an obligation to move. The timing and fit need to make sense for you and the people who depend on you.

04

Expect follow-through.

Retention begins with an accurate picture of the opportunity. I care about the experience after someone joins: communication, support, and a clear path through the transition.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Before we talk.

Are you an independent mortgage recruiting agency?

Recruiter Nate is my personal professional brand. My current recruiting role is with Success Mortgage Partners, where I serve as EVP of National Growth and Development and a member of the leadership team.

Can we connect if I'm not ready to change companies?

Yes. Professional relationships often begin well before a career decision. We can exchange ideas and talk about your goals without an expectation that you'll move.

What should a branch leader ask about a transition?

Start with branch economics, the team's needs, operational support, leadership access, licensing, pipeline continuity, and who owns each part of onboarding. We'll discuss what can be confirmed and what needs additional review.

What does retention mean to you?

It means people have a reason to stay because their experience matches the conversation that brought them in. It starts with fit and continues through onboarding and ongoing support.
